Oreino Greek Pure Honey collaborates with ELTA Courier for nationwide coverage, ensuring fast, safe, and reliable delivery of products to you.

Please note that reservations are not made for any period of time. Once the order is completed, the shipment is carried out according to the delivery times described below.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are as follows:

Standard delivery €3

These prices apply for shipments within Greece and cover packages up to 2 kg. An additional charge of €0.65 applies for each extra kilo.

For remote areas and islands, the shipping costs are:

Standard delivery €3.10

These prices apply for packages up to 2 kg, with an additional charge of €0.75 for each extra kilo.

CASH ON DELIVERY FEES

The cash on delivery fee is €2.00.
There are no cash on delivery fees when choosing the “Pick up from store” option.
Pickup must be made within one (1) business week from the day the order is placed. After 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES

Products require 1-5 business days for delivery, with an additional 1-2 days for remote areas. Delays in order deliveries may occur due to extreme weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events that can affect the transportation and delivery of shipped parcels. Additionally, delivery may be delayed if phone or email communication with you is not possible.

In case the product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to provide all available alternative options!

The above prices include the applicable VAT.

PAYMENT METHODS

At Oreino Greek Pure Honey, you can pay using the following methods:

Cash on delivery is available with an additional fee of €2.00. You can pay by cash on delivery if you wish to settle your order upon delivery (valid only within Greece). The cash on delivery service is available for purchases with a total value between €5.00 and €50.00.

By debit, credit, or prepaid card. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, and Discover cards. Please note that to complete your payment, our system will redirect you to the Eurobank payment gateway, where all cards from any bank are accepted.

By bank deposit or e-banking to a bank account. To complete the order via bank deposit, the customer must deposit the full amount into the account details provided by email upon completing the purchase. When making the payment, the customer should use their order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be processed immediately after the transaction is confirmed.
