Return Policy

You are entitled to a partial or full refund of your order within 10 calendar days from the shipment date. If the return is due to the store’s fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product), the store will cover the return shipping cost. In any other case, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In case of product returns, no refunds are issued; instead, products will be replaced or exchanged for another product of equal or greater value.

Products must be returned within 10 calendar days for Greece and 5 calendar days for international orders, provided that the return form has been completed. Returns will only be accepted upon store approval.
